Here's the dishes i've learn to cook*Voici les plats que j'ai appris à faire:

 Yellow chicken curry* curry poulet peu épicé(dit jaune)
 -Tom Yam Gung
Spicy sour shrimp soup* Soupe de crevette aigre douce& épicée
-Gai Pat Met Mamuang
Chicken fried with cashew nuts and dried chilli* poulet avec noix de cajou et piments séchés
-Som-tam
papaya salad

Courses at Angsana's home, a really nice & funny Thaï who speaks really good english& with her nice assistant! * Les cours ont lieu chez Ansana, une thaïlandaise, très sympathiques et rigolote qui aime apprendre des mots en Français (son fils l'étudie à l'école).Cours en Anglais! Et son assistante très gentille!
